Hellooooo Rowdies and Girlys!

For those in Basel wondering when we will finally rock your asses again, the earliest gig you can hope for is the 29.3. at the Bscene. It's not definite where and at what time we're playing, but rumour says we're getting a pretty good spot in the Kaserne !!

You'll be able to pick up new merchandise at that concert, so save that money..

On the 9.2. the Bitch Queens DJ Team will be performing at the Benefiz-Party for the Hill Chill. There's no show, but lots of good music, and the Bitch Queens in flesh, blood and sex appeal! Check out the Hill Chill page for more infos on how to shake your booty.

The German Booking Agency "Rockstar Booking" has taken Bitch Queens under it's hood! Check it out at www.rockstar-booking.de or www.myspace.com/rsbooking

This means that we are now officially rockstars. ;-)

We're still taking a creative pause, writing new material, creating new merchandise and so on. But in the fairly near future gigs will pop out of no where like mushrooms again. And hopefully, with the help of our rockstar friend, we'll be playing more in the germany: the country of beer and sausage rock-culture! Beer and sausage, here we come!

What's going on behind the drapes:
The Bitch Queens are taking a creative pause from gigs. We're writing new material, stocking up on awesome new merchandise articles and brewing some fun plans that should soon become reality (for instance a split 7inch with another great band...).
What we really need is a break from all the gigs in Basel-City, just to let your asses get nice and tender again so we can continue kicking them raw when they're not used to it anymore! But we're booking some stuff out of town, so stay tuned!
So to all our fans in Basel: don't worry, we'll be back with some cool new stuff and a few surprises up our crotches. Stay online!

Summer break's over and it's time to bitch around town again! Next up is the Floss im Fluss on the sat. 18.8. Come by

The Hollywood Amoeba Records Sampler "Glamnation Vol 1" featuring our song "Loverboy" has arrived and will be
available at our concerts. There's some cool shit on there and for a change I thinks it's actually worth buying a sampler!

Lots of great news: two samplers, a crazy review and an upcoming gig.
We'll be part of two new sample-albums in the near future, the first is a basel-thing, as a support for JUSO, the socialdemocrat's youth section and the second one is called "glamnation vol.1" and will be available in the states, especially at amoeba records in fucking HOLLYWOOD! yes, you read right, HOLLYWOOD! of course we'll sell some at our gigs aswell ...
speaking of gigs, we really hope to see all of you on saturday june 30th in riehen at the überlovely hillchill-festival and don't even try to chill-out, because we're kicking your asses as always, even if it's a cosy saturday early evening. drink some beers, don't smoke too much weed –'cause that makes you lazy – and get in front of that damn' stage!

Everyone is Basel, come check us out on friday at the Imagine Festival at 19:00 on the
sidestage. Or on saturday across the border in Schopfheim (Irrlicht).

Ouch. I guess Bubba Bazooka is out of combat for a few weeks!

"It was Sunday morning at about 5.15 am, after some amazing rock'n'roll adventure,
when I decided to grab a bite in a sushi bar on my way home. Upon entering the place
I saw three hot ladies being talked to intrusively by 5 big and mean - and I mean BIG
and MEAN - looking guys. The girls didn't look happy at all, and maybe it was those
couple of beers I had drunk during the evening, but they looked to me like they needed
a hero to save them from these 5 guys: me.
So I made my way to the bar, tapped one of the guys on the shoulder. When he turned
around I said something stupid like "These bunnies are comin' with me, bitch!" and
punched him straight in the face. He flew about five meters across the room and
landed unconsciously on a table, shattering the plates and glasses. I grabbed the
next guy by the hair, pulled his head down and slammed it against me knee, breaking
his nose and probably his jaw too. After several more awesome moves (one of them
involved some serious nut-cracking) I had wasted them all so bad, they had run for their
lives, leaving the three hot chicks rubbing my arms and shoulders and other body
parts in admiration.
But I had messed up the bar pretty much: Plates had been broken, mirrors cracked,
people scared away. And no one would have guessed that this particular sushi bar was
the headquarters of the Japanese mafia until there were about a dozen ninja dudes
standing around me with especially nasty expressions on their faces.

I woke up in the hospital with some fairly mean injuries in my face and on my arms.
I can't remember much of the fight with those ninjas, but the doctors told me the story:
I beat up all the ninja dudes, busted one of the biggest cocaine dealing orginasations
in the country, got some big ass mafia guys arrested and helped the police uncover a
diabolical plan to destroy the world!
Apparently my face got messed up as I walked out the bar with my three hot bunnies
and slipped on a banana peel. Awesome!"

Ok guys'n'gals, we're playing at the 3 major festivals in Basel City:
on the 8th June you can come see us at the Imagine-Festival against
racism. As we say: 'no bitch is out of line'!
Next up is the Floss "Im Fluss" on the 18.8. where we got a Headliner
place on saturday evening! Finally the Floss accepts some Rock music!
Then on the 01.9. we're kicking butt at the Jugendkulturfestival at 23 o'clock.

These 3 shows are all free, so you'll have more money to spend on beer.
